As of June 20, 2008, orders for systems pre-configured with Windows Vista® Business are eligible to receive a Windows XP Professional or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition System Restore disc for the purpose of downgrading by the end user only. These discs are included free if requested at the time of system purchase, but subject to a $8.95 charge (plus applicable shipping charges) if requested after shipment of system order.

Customers who purchase select TabletKiosk branded tablets with Windows Vista® between June 26, 2009 and January 31, 2010 are eligible to receive a free (taxes and shipping & handling may apply) upgrade to Windows® 7 when it becomes available.
